The Collie Australia Day Committee is calling on residents to recognise individuals and community groups for their volunteer service to our community by nominating them for the 2010 Australia Day Awards. 

Awarded by the Shire of Collie, these awards recognise those that have made noteworthy contributions during the current year and/or given outstanding service to the community over a number of years.

Nomination forms can be obtained from the front counter of the Shire of Collie Administration Offices at 87 Throssell Street or downloaded from here.  for Individuals     for Community Groups.

Completed nomination forms can be;

• Lodged in person at the 87 Throssell Street (Shire Offices)
• Posted to; the CEO, Shire of Collie, Locked Bag 6225, Collie 6225.
• Emailed to colshire@collie.wa.gov.au, or
• Faxed on 9734 4072

Nominations close 4pm Friday, 27 Nov 2009.
