Covid-19 Contact Tracing Register Mandatory From 5 December

Following Mark McGowan’s announcement, several Shire of Collie facilities will be required to maintain a visitor register from Saturday 5 December. All visitors to Collie Public Library, Roche Park Recreation Centre and

the Collie Mineworkers Memorial Swimming Pool must check in by using the SafeWA app and scanning our unique QR code, or by providing their details for a physical register.
These records will ONLY be used for the purpose of contact tracing, should it be required, and will only be kept for 28 days.
The contact tracing register is mandatory. Visitors who decline to provide their details or check in with the app will be refused entry.
