The Shire of Collie has received an application for development approval and public comments are invited.

Address:  138-148 Forrest Street and 102-104 Atkinson Street North, Collie

Proposal:  Hotel expansion with a motel and redeveloped bottle shop, including the following-

• 12 new accommodation buildings, comprising 44 individual motel rooms
• 78 new parking bays, with 50 located on-site and 28 provided as on-street bays

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Office or on the Shire’s website at www.collie.wa.gov.au. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before 4:30pm on 21 September 2026.
