A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday 23 December 2025, commencing at 4:00pm, in the Council Chambers, 87 Throssell Street, Collie.

The purpose of the meeting is for Council

• To receive and adopt the 2024/25 Annual Report and to set the date for the Annual Electors Meeting.
• Consider quotes received for demolition and remediation Lot 150 (26) Mary Street Collie.
• Consider a confidential item in relation to housing.

The meeting will be open to members of the public, except for confidential items. An opportunity will be provided for questions from the public which relate to the matters being considered at the meeting.
