Should you wish to make a deputation to the panel, please complete the Deputation Request Form and send to daps@dplh.wa.gov.au at least 72 hours prior to the meeting, for the Presiding Member’s consideration. Deputations should not exceed 3 minutes and will be published as part of the related information for the meeting.
